For the Business Traveller, working downtown, enjoy free parking at Quartermain House with a 15 minute walk along the water to downtown offices and Convention Center or UNB and St. Thomas in the opposite direction. 

We do have a cat but he is located in the back of the house and not in the Guest area at all but if you have a very serious allergy probably not suitable to book with us. 

We offer a smoke free, scent free environment.
